What’s the difference between an in-person and a virtual session?

Energy healing can be experienced both in-person and at a distance and each has its own gifts. In person, you may feel the warmth of presence, the grounding of sacred space, and the ritual of being physically held in a healing environment. Virtual sessions draw on the truth that energy is not limited by space or time, allowing you to receive in the comfort of your own home—often making it easier to relax and integrate. In both, the practitioner’s focus and intention remain the same, offering the potential for release, renewal, and deep inner balance.

Will spirits tell you mean or awkward things about me?

Messages from spirit are never meant to shame or harm. They come through with honesty and compassion, always in service of your healing and highest good.

What will I experience physically?

Every person’s experience is unique. Some feel warmth, tingling, or gentle waves of energy moving through the body. Others may notice emotions rising, a sense of lightness, or deep relaxation—sometimes even falling into a meditative or dreamlike state. And some feel very little physically in the moment, yet notice shifts in clarity, balance, or ease afterward. All responses are natural and valid.

How do you know what type of healing to do?

Each session is guided by intuition, training, and your unique needs. I may sense where energy feels blocked, listen to guidance from spirit, or draw from different modalities as they work. The process is co-creative—what unfolds is always in service of your highest good.

How many healings does it take?

Every person’s journey is unique. Some notice meaningful shifts after just one session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to support deeper healing and integration. You’re encouraged to listen to your own needs—there’s no set number, only the pace that feels right for you.

How does sound healing work?

Sound healing works by using vibrations—through instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, or drums—to help bring your body, mind, and energy into balance. The frequencies can calm the nervous system, release tension, and support a meditative state where natural healing can occur. Many people experience deep relaxation, inner clarity, or a gentle energetic shift during a session.

How do I know energy work is real?

People often feel warmth, tingling, calm, or emotional release during or after a session. Sometimes, the shifts are subtle at first, then show up as better sleep, less stress, or more clarity in the days that follow. The best way to know is by being open and experiencing how it feels for you.

What should I do to prepare for a session and what should I do after a session?

For an in-person session, dress comfortably in soft clothing as you will be on a massage table during the session. Give thought beforehand as to your intentions for the session. We will discuss those beforehand, but they will also carryforward into the session energetically.

For a virtual session, be in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You may want to dim the lights, silence notifications, and set your intention(s) for what you’d like to receive.

After your session, drink water, rest if you feel called, and notice any shifts in mood, energy, or clarity. Gentle activities like journaling, stretching or walking in nature can help you integrate the experience.
